With my trade link to a professional printing company, I can offer the whole range of posters, banners, flags, magazines etc – all swiftly produced and delivered directly to you, at a very competitive price.
The company I use takes sustainability very seriously. It is an ISO 14001 certified business. That means they operate according to a strict set of internationally recognised standards for environmental business practice. You’ll also be pleased to know that they only use wood based materials that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC).

Design
While not claiming to be an expert in commercial design, I can help you to transfer your ideas into print to help promote your company, or simply to make an attractive, but personalised, card to send to family and friends.
Mailing
I can help you turn your address list into a ‘mailmerge’ to produce mailing labels or to print directly onto envelopes.
In-House Services
In house, I am able to print up to A3 size, colour or black & white, on a variety of paper types (include card and labels) and colours. Please note though, that I use a normal – if fairly large – printer and so there will always be a blank ‘border’ of c.5mm around the edges. I can also offer laminating, folding, cutting, stapled booklets, stapled documents and comb-bound booklets.
If your needs are for significant numbers of copies in colour, then I will out-source as professional printing cost-per-copy reduces significiantly with quantity, and makes no cost distinction between full colour and monochrome, whereas in-house printing on a digital printer is a consistent cost-per-copy, however many identical copies are produced, and colour copies are ten times more expensive than monochrome!
A3; A4 or custom sizes
Anything larger than A3 would need to be out-sourced. See the Out-Sourced Services section below.
Full Colour or Black & White
If your document includes some pages that include colour and some that do not, I will seek to ensure that the printing process recognises those pages without colour. However, please note that this is not always possible to achieve.
Variety of Paper/Card
A4 80 gsm paper/160gsm thin card available in:
Blue (pale or dark); Green (pale or dark); Yellow (pale or dark); Pink; Lilac; Cream; Orange; Red
100gsm, 120gsm, 200gsm, 250gsm, 300gsm available in white only.
A3 80 gsm paper available in white or yellow
A3 160gsm thin card available in white
Labels
Various sizes from 4 to 65 per sheet.
4(2×2) and 8(2×4) might be used for parcel labels.
Normal address labels for your envelopes would be 14(2×7), 16(2×8), 21(3×7) or 24(3×8) per sheet according to preference.
The 65 per sheet labels would normally be for your own name/address labels for sticking on the back of envelopes.
Laminating
A3; A4; A5; ID badge; or custom sizes
Please be aware of the ecological impact of laminated sheets and only use them in situations where items need to be weatherproof for a reasonable time. Unlaminated posters will stand up to a certain amount of poor weather unless an ink-jet printer is used … which is not the case with YouTree!
Stapled Booklets
A5 or A4 (finished size) up to 52 pages. Booklets could also be trimmed to custom sizes, or to produce a ‘clean edge’ (chargeable) if desired.
Stapled Documents
Corner staple or two edge staples options available.
A4 Comb-Bound Booklets
These come with a clear front cover and a card back cover. This enables your front page to show through.
Cutting / Trimming available
In-house, this can only be guaranteed to approximate sizes (+/- 2mm). Precise cutting can be arranged with a partner professional if required.
Folding (various folds available)
Paper width up to 297mm, with single fold, letter fold, Z-fold or double fold options available. Folds can be regular, or customised to the specific mm as required.
Blank Paper/Card available
I’m happy to supply any quantity from my range of paper/card, from a single sheet to multiple reams.
Envelopes
I’m happy to supply any quantity from my range of envelopes. Standard (C6, C5, C4, DL); Board Backed C5/C4/C3. I will also stuff envelopes for you with your customised letters or cards – window, mailing label or individually printed envelope.
Out-Sourced Services
Here is an idea of the sort of items I can supply for you.
Of course, the range of sizes and shapes will be vast in some cases, and a major componant of the cost will be out of my control. However, I will seek to ensure that the actual printing cost will be comparable to or cheaper than anything you could you could find online, and any ‘labour’ cost for advice and/or assisting with design will be £6 per quarter hour or part thereof.
In general, the cost per item will decrease dramatically as the required quantity increases.
